Brite Smile Tooth Whitening
Tooth Bonding
You can see on the left photo that we took out the 20 plus year old silver fillings which are 50% mercury-30% silver-12% copper-and the rest zinc and tin! This 32 year young patient had the older technology "Mercury-Silver" fillings. They were clearly wedging the tooth apart! There was a "Black Crack" forming at the bottom of the filling. It was a good thing we replaced it with a tooth colored "Adhesive Dentistry" filling before we wedged a crack down to the nerve and caused a root canal!
This patient was born with a missing lateral incisor or "side front tooth" on his left side and a "peg-shaped" lateral on his right. He chipped his front tooth playing basketball. In a single visit we used a beautiful, highly translucent composite to reshape the two laterals to ideal form and repair the chip.
This patient got in the way of her 3 year old's power ranger toy. She was so upset it took some of our corniest jokes to make her smile for the before photo. Needless to say she was much happier with her invisible cosmetic bonding.
This Patient was unhappy with the appearance of her "side teeth" which showed when she smiled. In one visit we removed the silver mercury fillings and the gum-line decay and bonded the two teeth, matching it to the color of her front teeth.
Porcelain Veneers
Note the patient's smile beforehand. With her darker teeth and large gap this was the widest she ever smile. She never thought the problem could be fixed until she asked us. Note how much more willing she is to smile afterwards!
Rotated, crowded and miss-aligned teeth can be straightened and whitened conservatively with porcelain veneers.

This gentleman is 89 years young and loves to smile and eat. His new dentistry that we provided allows him to do a better job of both!
This busy real estate executive tried to improve her smile with various crowns placed over many years. But receding gums and metal crown margins took away from her smile. Beautiful new porcelain crowns known as Impress and Captek, contoured properly to her lower lip, gave her whole upper arch the look she was after.
Dental Implants
This lady was just 74 years young and said she could not eat steak, or corn on the cob, with her "crazy and loose lower denture." She already had it relined many times! So we placed "six dental implants" and a fixed bridge on top of them! She says she feels like she is 17 all over again! She says it is like having her own natural teeth, a restored self confidence, and she can now eat anything!
Tooth Colored Fillings
What a dramatic change!
This patient had only one large silver mercury filling in her mouth but it was one too many for her. Because of the large size we removed the filling and decay, took an impression and had out on-site laboratory create a beautiful composite onlay. When we bonded it in place she was ecstatic. With good cosmetic dentistry techniques these fillings literally disappear in the mouth.
This patient had a fractured, leaking silver mercury filling. In a single visit the old filling and decay was removed and the tooth restored in a strong bonding material known as Hybrid Composite.
